Spicy, Crunchy, Yum

My new favorite snack!
Take a fresh green bell pepper, and cut it into quarters. Then, put a dollop of plain Greek yogurt on top. Sprinkle some cayenne powder on top for a tasty kick! I've had this a few times this summer, and now that I'm back at school I realize it's the perfect study snack, maybe even a light dinner. Enjoy :)
Ellen Calves

Ellen Calves Those look so nice and fresh and crunchy! Maybe you could add shredded carrots, diced tomatoes, or chopped cucumber from the salad bar? Not sure how messy that would get to eat, but would be pretty!
